World largest photo album introduced in Hanoi

Named œVietnamese women, the world largest photo album with 56 photos created by Canon, was introduced at the Daewoo Hotel in Hanoi.

After a huge album was recognised as a record in Vietnam, entitled œSublimated feeling, Canon experts worked for one month to make the world largest album, named in the World Guinness Book.

The album (4x3m, 1 tonne) has 26 pages and according to Mike Asao, Chief Representative of Canon Singapore in Vietnam, the album cost $100,000.

Photos in this album were famous Japanese photographer Hitomi Toyama.

œI recorded Vietnamese women at different angles. We can see jubilance and strength from small girls to old women, who live in the countryside or cities, said Hitomi Toyama at the opening ceremony.

The album will be displayed at the Vietnam Consumer Electronics Expo in Hanoi from April 9-12.
